Are you ready to lead the way in Cyber Resilience and Data Protection? We're looking for an experienced cyber leader to join SPEN as the Subject Matter Expert for Cyber and Data Protection risk management. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape and deliver a vision and strategy that ensures risks are identified, assessed, and managed throughout their lifecycle-covering internal operations and third-party engagements.
You'll establish governance forums, drive continuous assurance programs, and lead a team of dedicated risk, governance, and assurance professionals. Your expertise will underpin SPEN's compliance with regulatory requirements, including NIS, and influence strategic decisions across the business. Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with stakeholders across SPEN, Corporate Security, UKIT, and global teams to embed best practices and maintain alignment with international standards.

This role demands deep technical knowledge of cyber security frameworks, regulations, and risk management principles, backed by industry-recognized qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP. You'll bring proven experience in developing and delivering cyber risk strategies within complex, global organizations, and the credibility to operate at senior levels.
