Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to join their Client Take-On team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote compliance and operational excellence by managing client onboarding and client due diligence (CDD) activities across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with financial crime regulations and data protection standards, while fostering effective communication and process improvement. Job Duties:

• Manage client onboarding and CDD activities across Jersey, Guernsey, the UK, and Cayman.
• Provide support for CDD inquiries and handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance with financial crime regulations and financial services requirements.
• Maintain data protection and confidentiality standards in line with company policies.
• Act as the main point of contact for the Cayman team and handle escalations, including suggesting process improvements.
• Support the manager by covering absences and enhancing operational processes and data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless and effective client onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain effective communication throughout the client take-on process.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a CDD/client onboarding role within a regulated financial services business.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, fiduciary, or funds services in international financial centre jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in AML regulations for client risk assessment and CDD across various legal entity types.
• Ability to understand and manage complex procedures across different jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and the capacity to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
