Burberry seeks a full-time professional to focus on implementing Global EPR & ESG regulatory compliance. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with evolving legislation while leading projects aimed at sustainability and responsible business practices.

A full-time role with a focus on the implementation of Global EPR & ESG regulatory compliance.
Assist in ensuring the Company is aware of any future legislative changes and develop processes to ensure compliance ahead of deadlines.
Supports the cross functional decision-making and implementation of EPR action plans
Manage cross functional working group including IT, Corporate Responsibility, Sustainable Finance, Legal and Regulatory.
Lead the project management across the Burberry teams to ensure the new regulatory requirements under the EU circular action plan and strategy for sustainable textiles.
This will include :
Products with minimum Recycled Content, Eco-Design and Repair and Recyclability
Business preparations to support introduction of product Digital Product Passports
Product data availability to support consumer awareness and avoid greenwashing.
Implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility for textiles and footwear and data reporting
Business preparations to address changes to limit the unintentional release of microplastics from synthetic textiles
Business preparation to support new ESG reporting requirements
