As the company expands rapidly, this position involves leading a high-performing team and influencing all areas of the business during this exciting early growth stage. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO and be responsible for scaling the client success and operations departments, becoming an integral part of the management team, and working closely with the founders.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be accountable for delivering excellence to all clients. Your team will handle onboarding, manage delivery processes, and report on performance. This role is vital for the company's continued growth and success.
