Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with DHL policies and communications.
- Conduct operational performance reviews with the shift manager.
- Manage daily operations to meet commitments to customers.
- Track operations performance and address deviations.
- Complete 121's for consistency across the area.

Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs 7:00 to 16:00, Fri 7:00 to 13:00 (Fixed daytime shift)

- Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
- Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies takes place
- Conduct regular reviews with shift manager on operational performance and delivery against agreed KPI's
- Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customers & our own internal processes.
- Track your operations performance and understand deviations with your direct reports, supporting them with the necessary resources
- Ensure 121's are completed, ensuring overall consistency across your area
- Minimum 24 months of warehouse operations experience in 3PL background
- Experience in team management
