Job Overview

We are working in partnership with a UK market leader in this space, who are looking to recruit an ambitious individual to join their inbound enquiries team. The company has ambitious growth plans, offers fantastic offices and excellent progression routes.

Starting salary £26,000 – £28,000 + the ability to earn up to £5k bonus payments. In peak periods (c3 months of the year) it is expected that candidates work a Saturday morning, with time off in lieu.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers, becoming their go‑to contact
  • Confidently showcase the full range of products and services, tailoring your approach to each client
  • Clearly explain product features, pricing and benefits, helping customers find the right solution
  • Accurately update customer records and sales activity using the internal systems
  • Proactively follow up on leads and enquiries to secure appointments and drive new business
Skills & Experience
  • Previous professional work experience working in customer‑facing sales role
  • Background communicating with customers in manufacturing or industrial sectors advantageous
  • Confident communicator who can explain products and their benefits in a clear, engaging way
  • Comfortable using IT systems and picking up new software quickly – full training provided
  • A natural interest in sales with a positive, people‑focused approach
