Responsibilities

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs 7:00 to 16:00, Fri 7:00 to 13:00 (Fixed daytime shift)

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success. As a part of this role, you will be planning, coordinating, managing and reporting upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies takes place
• Conduct regular reviews with shift manager on operational performance and delivery against agreed KPI's
• Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customers & our own internal processes.
• Track your operations performance and understand deviations with your direct reports, supporting them with the necessary resources
• Ensure 121's are completed, ensuring overall consistency across your area
