Our client is a well-established machinery and equipment specialist with an excellent reputation for quality products and customer care. Their Dulverton showroom offers a friendly, supportive environment where customers can explore a wide range of machinery solutions. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who enjoys face-to-face interaction and wants to play a key role in driving showroom sales. You will guide customers through product options, build strong product knowledge, and support the smooth running and success of the showroom.

It’s the perfect role for someone who thrives in a busy retail environment, enjoys building rapport, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
  • Engage proactively with new and existing customers, supporting them with product advice and recommendations.
  • Promote the showroom and product range to walk-in customers and the local area.
  • Build strong product knowledge to confidently support customer enquiries and sales conversations.
  • Support stock control, attend shows and events, and provide Saturday showroom cover as part of a rota.
Requirements of the Sales Executive:
  • Self-motivated, confident working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Knowledge of garden machinery brands is beneficial.
