Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Duties

As a Telesales / Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and memorable customer experience while handling incoming and outgoing calls. Your main focus will be engaging with our existing customers to upsell products and promotions, taking regular orders, and managing customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach. You'll also assist with stock control and ensure timely delivery of our products, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, telephone or face-to-face.
