This is a hands‑on role, leading a small team but also getting stuck into the day‑to‑day yourself, delivering an excellent end‑to‑end customer experience while providing strong operational and administrative support to the Sales team.
You and your team will ensure customers receive clear communication, smooth onboarding, reliable service delivery, and effective issue resolution. The role also supports the Sales team with admin tasks.
