This business services a wide variety of clients across the North West including pubs, restaurants, schools, hotels, and healthcare providers such as care homes and hospitals. The business has ambitious plans to grow over the next four years and are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to lead their sales strategy.

• Lead and manage the internal and external sales team to meet and exceed budgeted sales and margin targets
• Take ownership of KPIs and year-on-year performance
• Contribute to commercial decisions, including buying and forecasting
• Monitor and improve customer experience through service excellence
• Collaborate closely with operations and transport to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee HR matters within the sales team, including development and succession planning

• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen

• Effective communication, negotiation, and delegation skills

• £40 - £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Uncapped OTE between £20,000 - £27,000
