- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
Job Context: We are a fast-growing creative digital marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive (Accounts) to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the company in maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping (voucher entry, journal, ledger posting).
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing VAT & Tax-related documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required information.
- Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable regularly.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure timely financial reporting.
