• Must be a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.

• Ability to gain DBS / EL1 security checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee various commercial flooring projects.
• Monitor site activity and collate risk assessments.
• Organize delivery of materials and ensure timely arrival.
• Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining cost plans.
• Liaise with clients and provide project reports.
• Attend pre-contract and progress meetings.
• Manage projects ranging in value from GBP250,000 to GBP2,000,000.
