What To Expect
Whether you are an experienced salesperson or looking to break into the industry, the FAST program is designed to provide you with all the tools you need and accelerate your sales journey. Tesla does things differently — we will invest in you! This unique program is built to set you up for success, as our expert sales trainers will provide you with Tesla knowledge combined with in-store sales experience.

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to owning a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert passionate about Tesla's mission, able to communicate the benefits of Tesla ownership to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure informed decisions.

You have relentless determination to succeed and are driven by Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will be part of a larger sales and delivery team, working collaboratively to achieve sales and delivery targets.

What You'll Do
  • Become a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying updated with latest developments and trends
  • Understand customer needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions
  • Communicate the benefits of Tesla ownership, including charging, maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
  • Build trust as a knowledgeable advisor, addressing questions and concerns
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering long-term relationships
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics
  • Engage in daily outbound lead generation, opportunity capture, and sales pipeline management

  • A valid UK driving license held for over 2 years
