A growing marketing agency in the UK is seeking a Head of Sales to oversee sales from outreach to closing. This senior role demands initiative and ownership in executing the sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in closing B2B services, strong discovery and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. Compensation includes a fixed retainer and commission on closed deals.
