Job summary

A UK-based cosmetics company is looking for an accounting supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain tax records. The role includes preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and assisting in audits. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in accounting practices. The working days are Saturday to Thursday, and office hours run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain VAT & Tax records and ensure compliance.
• Prepare monthly & annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliation, cash flow & ledger management.
• Assist in internal/external audits.
• Monitor accounts team and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare management reports and perform financial analysis.
