We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants/Consultants to join our Mamas & Papas Crawley store. This temporary role covers 6 hours per week, Saturdays 11‑5. You will be our ambassador, delivering a heart‑warming experience to every customer.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a friendly, informative and reassuring manner.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, recommendations for car seat, pram, baby changing table, and outfit for baby’s first birthday.
• Provide in‑store personal shopping, car seat consultations, parent‑to‑be events and other specialist services.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and shop visual standards.

• Retail, sales, or customer service background preferred.
• Strong communication skills and love putting a smile on a customer’s face.
• Passion for creating magical moments and helping families.
• Positive attitude, team player, and reliable attendance.
