A leading UK retailer in Greater London is seeking an experienced commercial manager to develop and execute joint business plans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in account or commercial management and must have excellent leadership and customer relationship skills. This role includes managing key relationships with category managers to drive growth across multiple categories. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will create and lead the in‑year joint business plan and supporting activity plan with Boots UK. You will develop strong local commercial plans, identify all opportunities and drive growth for our brands and the retailer across five categories – Skincare, Cosmetics, Aromatherapy, Bath & Body & Accessories. Your team will execute every aspect of the plan and manage relationships with Category Managers across Boots UK. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial or account management roles and a track record of creating and executing commercial plans for both bricks‑and‑mortar and digital retailers.
