Responsibilities
  • As an ambassador for the brand, you will be knowledgeable, courteous, outgoing, resolute, and eager to learn.
  • You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of highly skilled Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts people.
  • Ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is always maintained.
  • Manage productive activity which is measured by strict performance indicators and profit defined success margins.
  • Keep a tight watch on expenses and produce daily/weekly activity and financial reports.
  • Provide guidance and training to each team member to improve their performance and to ensure that all staff are doing their jobs effectively and confidently, collaborating as a team.
