We have a Luxury Gallery Sales Manager opportunity at our prestigious Bristol Gallery. We’re looking for a proactive sales-focused person, who is passionate about delivering great customer service to achieve and exceed sales targets. You’ll work on inspiring and developing your team to reach and surpass their own targets and follow your example to succeed! You’ll also work on developing our current valued client base, as well as proactively building and fostering new customer relationships for the gallery and the business by selling our exceptional art, by artists including Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Boy George, and Johnny Depp to name a few. There are new releases, gallery events and exhibitions throughout the year to help you strengthen and make the most of these client relationships. • You have a proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets, are highly motivated to meet goals, and bring previous 1-2-1 sales experience with the ability to adapt and tailor to different client needs.
• You're assured in your communication skills, both in person and over the phone, and able to assist our valued client base while proactively building and fostering new client relationships for the gallery.
• You are self-assured, highly presentable, and grasp the importance of delivering exceptional client service. A friendly, engaging personality is key to building strong client interactions and making a success of this role.
• You’re capable to assist our current valued client base, as well as proactively building and developing new customer relationships for the gallery in person and on the phone.
• You can inspire, motivate and develop your small team of Art Consultants to achieve sales targets throughout the year.
• No prior knowledge of the art world is required, as we provide full training to help you become as knowledgeable and effective as possible in the role.
• A driving license is desirable for occasional home consultation visits with clients, and you must be able to carry out moderate physical duties as part of your daily duties.

• A salary of £31,000, plus excellent uncapped commission and sales bonus structure (OTE £40,000+)
