Express Recruitment are excited to be working with a forward-thinking professional services business who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their expanding Business Development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lead process from developing conversion strategies and overseeing CRM data quality, to collaborating with internal stakeholders and coaching a Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in lead management to step into a role where they can truly make an impact.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40k, plus a £2k quarterly bonus, 25 days holiday plus stats, health insurance plus more. This is hybrid working 3 days in the office with 2 days at home.

• Develop and deliver lead generation and conversion strategies with measurable ROI
• Track and report weekly enquiry performance, ensuring 100% of outcomes are recorded in the CRM
• Qualify inbound enquiries and maximise conversion into instructions
• Maintain and monitor response time targets across all stages of the sales cycle
• Oversee CRM pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and progression of all leads
• Line manage and coach employees, setting KPIs and providing structured feedback

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales management role
• Strong communication skills: confident, articulate, and persuasive
• Proven ability to use data and insight to make decisions
• CRM and marketing automation experience essential
• Highly organised, results-driven, and able to manage performance for themselves and others
