Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1 x per month in the Office)
Salary: £27,350 per year

• Key Purpose – The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a top‑quality service for existing and new customers.
• Proactively deal with all queries relating to the business.
• Take orders and bookings via external and internal calls.
• Manage email queries.
• Build rapport with each customer.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge on all product ranges.

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Contract: 12‑Month Fixed Term
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am‑4pm or 9am‑5pm (with occasional Saturday work on a rota basis)

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
• Self‑motivated, with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Attention to detail with high level of communication skills required.
• German fluent speaker.
• Computer literacy.
• A passion to deliver the highest quality for our client’s customers.
• Shift pattern: E Shift + Saturday (37.5 hours per week) – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (11:45 – 20:00).
