A growing fintech company in Camden Town is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing strategies and drive digital growth. In this role, you’ll manage paid channels, build CRM journeys, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising platforms.

We’re looking for an analytical and hands‑on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive our digital growth engine. This key role sits within the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and is responsible for leading our performance marketing strategy across paid channels while also building sophisticated CRM journeys to nurture leads and increase conversion.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable scaling Meta/Google campaigns as they are building lifecycle strategies and user segments. You'll work closely with our analyst, comms, and design teams to orchestrate multi‑channel customer journeys that fuel acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
