The ideal candidate will have a background in Facilities Management or Property and excel in relationship management. We're looking for a driven and experienced Field Based Account Manager to join our commercial team, focused on client retention and new business growth within existing regional and key strategic accounts.
You will ideally have come from a Facilities Management, Property, Seasonal Services or worked within the Outdoor Estate Management arena.
This is a relationship-focused role ideally for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record in account growth and contract negotiation.
The role will cover the Southeast region with an emphasis of being out in the field visiting new and existing clients and being the focal point of developing accounts. Getting established and understanding client requirements with the tenacity and drive to upsell additional products and services will be your driver.
