Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full CRM activation and lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, and SMS.
  • Build and optimise multi-channel lifecycle journeys for engagement and retention.
  • Own campaign delivery from segmentation to performance reporting.
  • Develop automated programs in primary CRM platforms.
