This role involves managing and maintaining the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CRM management, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of marketing strategies. The position offers a hybrid working pattern based in Bedfordshire.
