A leading London law firm is seeking an Interim CRM Manager to lead their Client Relationship Management systems team. This role involves collaboration with the Products Lead and BD leadership for ongoing development of marketing systems and overseeing the firm’s CRM strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience with InterAction or Hubspot and demonstrate strong team management capabilities. This position offers a salary of up to £80,000 and a hybrid working model, starting in January.

  • Line manage a team of 3 Executives who support these projects and day-to-day CRM operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience of InterAction or Hubspot.
  • Experience of line management / team management is essential for this role.
