CRM Support & Systems AnalystBracknell (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)
£38,000 per annum

We're working with a UK-based not-for-profit organisation to recruit a CRM Support & Systems Analyst to join their Digital, Data & Technology team.

This role focuses on supporting and improving the organisation's CRM and core systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation, high data quality, and effective system use across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical CRM/application support and managing incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshooting system and data issues and working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve them
  • Supporting system and process improvements through business analysis and change delivery
  • Maintaining data quality and supporting system administration activities
  • Creating user training materials and delivering system training sessions

About you:

  • Experience in a CRM or application support role (Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience desirable)
  • Good understanding of service management principles and data structures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, collaborative, and motivated by working in a purpose-driven organisation
