CRM Project Manager - Contract (Outside IR35)

Initial 6-month contract Central London (Hybrid c. 2days/week on-site)

Up to 630/day

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on CRM Project Manager to support a major CRM implementation, reporting into a Programme Manager.

The role requires someone comfortable operating in fast-paced, decentralised environments, ideally with experience in PE-backed or high-growth organisations, where structure is evolving and delivery pace matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an end-to-end CRM implementation, from discovery through to delivery
• Lead and support the RFP/RFI and supplier selection process
• Manage detailed delivery activity including plans, RAID, dependencies, and reporting
• Coordinate business, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Oversee delivery of a front-end web portal integrated with the CRM
• Ensure solutions are designed with future phases in mind, including telephony capability

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle CRM projects
• Strong experience with vendor selection and procurement processes
• Background working with web-based platforms or portals
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves and working hands‑on in delivery detail

Desirable

• Experience working in PE-backed, decentralised, or multi‑entity organisations
