Our client is seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to support both new business acquisition and successful client delivery. This role combines pre-sales consulting with hands‑on CRM implementation, business process optimisation, and the application of AI-enabled capabilities. The position works at the intersection of business strategy and technology, supporting organisations in improving customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand prospect requirements and design effective CRM solutions
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify business needs and digital transformation opportunities to be relayed to the programming team
  • Deliver CRM demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof‑of‑concepts during the sales cycle
  • Contribute to proposals, solution designs, statements of work, and effort estimates
