The Credit practice focuses on hiring across all areas of the sector to C-level and will give you exposure to a diverse and wide client base as a platform for your continued success.

Who we would like to hear from...
We are looking for candidates with an executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience. Ideally, you will have knowledge of credit markets or associated transferable financial backgrounds.
As a consultant with some success, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like. We need a strong track record of successful sourcing, business development, networking, and the ability to build strong relationships.
We are looking for characters with a solutions-focused and highly proactive outlook. Self-awareness, drive, resilience, and high EQ will be innate to your mindset.
This position offers a hybrid workday pattern from our central London offices.
Salary is genuinely open, and earning potential is incentivized to make the right next move here. Commission is not tied into a threshold and is up to 50%, providing a strong opportunity for a worthwhile career advancement.
