A community support organization in Greater Manchester seeks motivated Relief Support Workers to provide person-centred care to adults with mental health needs. Candidates must have at least twelve months of experience, demonstrate effective communication skills, and show the maturity to handle challenging behaviours. The role offers flexible working hours with weekly payments.
We are looking for caring, flexible and motivated Relief Support Workers to provide person centred care and support to adults with mental health needs in Northenden, Greater Manchester. You will need to be committed to promoting independence, well-being and enabling service users to enjoy an active lifestyle.
The Relief Support Worker position enables you the opportunity to work alongside, and as an integral part of, our structured and hardworking teams across all projects. This will enable you to develop a diverse range of experiences and knowledge whilst maintaining flexible working patterns to suit your circumstances. You will work closely with our local managers to book shifts in advance and planned around your availability, as well as being offered shifts on an ad-hoc basis. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
