We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven Global Growth & New Business Sales Manager to lead and scale Alamy's global growth and new business sales teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, strengthening Alamy's global market presence and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
You'll bring a strong growth mindset and a proven ability to inspire, influence and develop high-performing global teams. You will be accountable for delivering against ambitious revenue targets, ensuring flawless execution of new business strategy and embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across regions.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining strategic planning with active market engagement, senior‑level deal oversight and close cross‑functional collaboration across Sales Enablement, Operations, Finance, Product and Marketing.
