The Role: In this position, you will learn Customs compliance procedures, ensuring goods clear HM Revenue & Customs and that the correct duties are paid. You will also provide excellent customer service. You will deal with various types of cargo and a range of importers and exporters, so a proactive attitude and team spirit are essential. Some logistics experience is preferred, but training on Customs compliance and other aspects of the role can be provided. We value your personality and willingness to learn!

Essential Criteria:

• Previous logistics experience
• Good customer service skills
• Proficiency in IT

About the Company: Our client, based in Portsmouth, is experiencing rapid growth and offers a supportive management structure. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to work as part of the departmental shift rota and be flexible with working hours.
