The Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer will be:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Playing an active role in business development and networking
- Maintaining high standards of client care and legal compliance
- Working independently while contributing to the wider success of the department
The Successful Applicant
The Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer should be:
- A solicitor, FCILEX or licensed conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE
- Experienced in handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
- Confident in managing files independently with minimal supervision
- A strong communicator with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
