Residential Property Legal Advisor / Conveyancer
Mansfield – Full-time, 2-3 Years' Experience

You'll be responsible for running your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, with a strong focus on client care and efficiency.

The role:

• Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers
• Investigating titles and resolving property queries
• Preparing reports on title and mortgage documentation
• Drafting, reviewing, and explaining contracts to clients
• Handling exchanges and completions
• Liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and agents
• Using case management systems to progress files efficiently
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice

• Legal Advisor, Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal, or similar, with 2-3 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Confident in independently managing a caseload of sale and purchase files
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A client-first approach and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with case management systems
