Residential Conveyancer – Flexible Working | Competitive Salary
Location: Oakham

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your legal career? Join a forward-thinking law firm that prioritises client care, work life balance and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • Undertake risk assessments throughout the transaction
  • Check and report on title to clients, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Raise and respond to enquiries on purchase files
  • Report risks to clients, lenders and agents where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with lender requirements and special conditions pre- and post-completion
  • Obtain all necessary documentation to ensure timely registration of property
  • Sign off files for exchange and completion, confirming compliance with CQS protocol, lender requirements and client instructions
About You
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
