The Role

As a Senior Conveyancer, you’ll:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages with minimal supervision
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, encouraging their growth and development
• Ensure files are progressed efficiently while delivering exceptional client service at every stage
• Take responsibility for financial performance including billing, time recording, and credit control on your matters
• Actively contribute to business development, networking, and the promotion of the department
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and client care
• Play a part in the firm’s future by supporting strategic growth initiatives and helping to evolve processes

About You

We’re seeking a professional with:

• Proven experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Either Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or equivalent qualification
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
• Excellent organisational ability, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to building business opportunities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused attitude
