Residential Conveyancer (Conveyancing Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer)

Location: Abercynon

Salary: Up to 44,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time / Permanent

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our clients established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record of managing their own caseload and delivering a high standard of client care.

You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork.
  • Conducting searches, raising enquiries, and reporting to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
  • Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships.
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Minimum of one year residential conveyancing experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills.
