Location: Chippenham Office (Flexible & Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 + bonus

The Role

This position offers a varied and manageable caseload of residential property matters. You'll be trusted to run files independently, with support available when needed. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients with a personal and proactive approach
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
  • Contributing to the firm's continued growth and reputation
