Salary: Competitive, DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)

An established and well-regarded Top 200 UK law firm, with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the Midlands, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its successful and growing team in Sleaford. This award-winning firm has a rich history dating back over 150 years and is recognised for both its legal expertise and wealth management services.

The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer with proven experience in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment and play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, driving business development, and delivering high standards of service.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Preparing and conducting necessary searches and handling all related enquiries.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties, ensuring clear and regular communication.
  • Drafting and reviewing contract documentation.
  • Handling exchanges, completions, and post-completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry submissions.
  • Generating new business and converting quotations into instructions.
  • Promoting cross-referrals across departments.
  • Maintaining compliance with internal systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
