Overview

Residential Conveyancer | Dorset | £40k - £60k + bonus | Free Parking | Progression (Partnership)

Responsibilities
  • Manage matters from start to finish, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property (both registered and unregistered), plot sales, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages, and easements. There’s also scope to handle more specialist work such as option agreements and conditional contracts. Support is available if needed, but you’ll have the autonomy to run your own files and develop your practice.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years’ PQE as Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive.
  • Solid technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • Client-focused, commercially aware, and motivated to contribute to the growth of the department and the wider firm.
