Overview

Residential Conveyancer – Locum, West Midlands, 3+ years’ experience, £35-£50 per hour. Immediate start through to the end of December. Job Ref: 1020.

Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily focusing on managing part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.
• Liaise with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals to ensure matters are handled appropriately.
• Manage a full caseload independently with minimal administrative support.

Requirements

• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar role and proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Organised, proactive, able to work independently, and confident in managing all correspondence and documentation.
