The Role

• Manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases (Freehold & Leasehold)
• Target caseload is 70 (currently 90 as hiring continues to reduce it)
• You\'ll be supported by a dedicated assistant and centralised teams (onboarding, post-exchange, completions)
• Use a case management system (training provided)
• Work in a collaborative, professional team culture with strong communication
