A leading children's care provider in Daventry is seeking a compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to support children and young people in their residential service. The role involves leading shifts, mentoring staff, and ensuring that every child receives nurturing, trauma-informed care. Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in children's care settings, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a commitment to making a positive impact in young lives. Competitive salary is offered along with training and support.
We are looking for a compassionate, confident and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader to join our growing residential children's service. You will play a key frontline role in supporting children and young people to thrive, heal, and achieve positive outcomes in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards. As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead shifts, guide staff, model excellent practice, and ensure every child receives safe, nurturing, trauma-informed care.
