We’re on the hunt for a vibrant, outgoing Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Bedford.

3 Heads Agency work with some of the UK’s most well-known brands and personalities, creating scroll-stopping content and building online communities that thrive.

If you live and breathe social media, have a talent for storytelling, and love making magic happen both online and in person then this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Manage social media accounts for exciting brands and public figures
• Build and execute monthly content strategies and posting schedules
• Feature in video content (camera confidence is a must!), engaging with audiences and encourage public involvement (vox pops, challenges, etc.)
• Film and edit social media, UGC content on an iPhone
• Create engaging content plans and written copy

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in creating content and managing Social Media accounts for companies or individuals whilst working direct or at an agency
• A warm, bubbly personality — you bring great energy wherever you go
• Comfortable being the face of content and sparking conversations
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
• Creative thinker who loves coming up with fresh, thumb-stopping content
• Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease
• Passionate about social content creation and storytelling
