Reed Marketing & Creative are partnered with a successfully growing B2B business, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their amazing marketing team.

• Drive Social Media Growth: Champion the group's social media strategy to expand follower base and boost engagement (likes, comments, shares) across existing and emerging platforms.
• Manage Content Planning: Own the social media content calendar, ensuring timely creation of compelling written posts and visuals aligned with brand identity.
• Execute and Monitor Activity: Schedule posts, actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and monitor online conversations to maintain a strong brand presence.
• Lead Email Marketing: Develop and implement the email marketing strategy, including managing the company's database, creating impactful campaigns (copy and graphics), and designing templates.
• Analyse Performance: Track and report on key metrics for social media and email campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain Online Platforms: Assist with updates and enhancements to the company's main website and other digital tools, including the catalogue and ordering platform

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in managing social media platforms and executing content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Creative and Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop compelling content and campaigns that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Analytical Ability: Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and interpreting performance metrics to inform data‑driven decisions.
• Digital Expertise: Familiarity with website content management systems and an understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.

In return you will receive a salary paying circa 37K depending on experience + excellent benefits + hybrid working (4 days office 1 day home) + Free parking when in the office.
