A dynamic content marketing agency in Manchester is seeking a Social Lead to manage social teams and drive client campaigns. As Social Lead at Rise at Seven, you’ll drive day-to-day leadership across all social work, the team, and client relationships. You’ll lead the social team to bring bold, insight-led ideas to life across platforms — translating high-level strategy into powerful execution and ensuring content is delivered on-brand, on-brief, and on time. You’ll balance creativity with performance, ensuring every campaign meets Rise’s standards for creative disruption while hitting KPIs.

You’re a natural team leader, able to manage people and projects simultaneously while keeping creativity high and deadlines tight. Whether briefing creators, building content calendars, or jumping into a comment section, you’re the one holding it all together and pushing it forward.
You can confidently report on results, optimise performance, and spot what’s working (or not) in real-time — all while managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
You have at least4+ years’ experienceworking in social roles (agency or brand-side), with hands-on experience across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Experience working with influencers, community management, or leading cross-channel campaigns is a strong plus.
