About you:

You must be someone who has a proven track record either within a phone-based sales environment or within agency recruitment. You will be hungry and ambitious to develop your career in recruitment. We offer an uncapped commission scheme and an annual bonus so we would expect you to be driven, resilient, hardworking and ambitious.

The best-suited person will either be a Senior Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant from another sector that might be looking to join a recession-proof sector or someone with proven extensive telephone-based sales experience.

Duties and requirements:

Identifying and engaging with new clients from within the Nursing sector.

Visiting these settings to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them.

Attracting professionals that are matched to the job requirements and ethos.

Advertising on job boards, social media and our website.

Proactively sourcing candidates from referrals, our database and social media.

Interviewing Support Workers, Managers and other care professionals.

Filling vacancies on temporary and temporary to permanent basis.

Person required:

• Someone with experience as an agency recruiter within the Nursing sector
• Someone who would like to progress within an ambitious award-winning company
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, driven, targeted environment that is fun and rewards going the extra mile

• Articulate and professional in presentation and application to the role
