This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, independent property consultancy operating at the top end of the commercial market. You will operate within an established Cost Consultancy team, delivering full commercial leadership across significant projects. The role offers autonomy, client exposure, and a clear pathway to increased earnings through a structured bonus scheme tied directly to performance and value delivered.

This position suits a Cost Consultant with a background in commercial or industrial projects, with ambition, looking to materially increase earnings while strengthening their professional standing.

THE ROLE:

• Leading full cost consultancy services from feasibility through to final account
• Delivering high-level cost planning, estimating, and commercial reporting
• Preparing and managing tender and contract documentation (BoQs, Schedules of Works)
• Contract administration across JCT, NEC, GC Works, and PPC 2000
• Managing procurement strategies, including single- and two-stage tendering
• Measurement using manual methods and CAD Measure
• Hybrid working from the London office
